Hello Glenbrook Families,

“We are hardwired to connect. What those connections look like look, sound, and feel like is up to each of us. On any given day we navigate relationships with a multitude of people, including ourselves. Those are a lot of different humans that we have the potential to have an impact on and who can have an impact on us. How can we strengthen those connections?” (Adapted from Lawson, et al)

Enjoy your weekend everyone, Cindy

School Procedures & Cleanliness

Thank you to all of our families and students who have helped us in keeping Glenbrook School a clean, tidy, and safe space for us to be learning every day by doing one small part and bringing inside shoes to school. We do have some extra shoes at schools for those who are unable to find these and can offer them to students as needed.

We all need to do our part in keeping Glenbrook a safe and caring place to learn. It is so important as a part of our school culture and community to ensure we build this under- standing together

Off-Site Trip - Tuesday, May 24 for ALL DIVISION 2 STUDENTS (Grades 4, 5 & 6)- Field Trip to Jack Singer Hall in the Arts Commons

We are very excited to share that all students in Grades 4, 5 & 6 will be attending a field trip to the Jack Singer Hall in the Arts Commons on Tuesday, May 24 to attend a presentation of National Geographic Live: Kiliii Yüyan: Life on Thin Ice.

Thanks to the generous support from ConocoPhillips Canada, Enbridge, MEG Energy, Cabra Consulting, geoLogic Systems, and the Teatro Fund for Arts Commons Education, Arts Commons is able to offer this amazing learning experience for our students for no cost to the school or families - this includes bussing and tickets!

In order for our students to be able to participate in this learning opportunity we do require volunteers. If you have your CBE security clearance and are interested in volunteering, please email your child's classroom teacher.
